古典から抽象へ 堂本印象展 ドウモトインショウテン ―新たなる美の創造をめざして―

大正から昭和前期にかけ仏教画を中心に制作した堂本印象(1891-1975)は、戦後の画業後期でモダンな風俗画、「新造形」と自称した抽象画を発表しました。京都府立堂本印象美術館の所蔵作品を中心に、寺院に揮毫した襖絵を特別展示します。
